A much enjoyed hall, built in the 1960’s, has been given a new lease of life. It is now well insulated, has better accessibility and much improved lighting and acoustics. The refurbishment included the creation of new storage areas and meeting rooms. The creation of a new meeting room above the hall and accessed from a new stairway made good use of existing space, avoiding the need to extend.

Our appointment included full project management, applications for grant funding, public procurement procedures, planning application, building control and entertainment license applications and liaison with statutory authorities such as HSE and Fire Service.
